REQUIREMENTS:
To be eligible, candidates must hold (or held) a C-Level, President, EVP, or SVP position at a business with over $50 million in revenue and have / had at least 3 years of experience in this role. They should have served on a minimum of 3 boards (profit or non-profit), including as a chairperson or committee leader for one of these boards, with one board having revenue, budget, or assets under management exceeding $10 million. Applicants must provide a current board bio and resume and be ready to meet with private equity partners on short notice. They should also be prepared to join a private equity board if offered and able to meet (virtually) regularly with program members and PE leaders, while committing to being their own best advocate.
INVESTMENT:
The investment includes an initial membership fee of $5,000 and a board placement fee of $5,000, due 30 days after board placement.
